TRAINING DAY - START -

Good morning !!!. Happy Tuesday ....I  would love to share the story. Yesterday my work place (FMC) have a training through the HSE program. I am really happy and excited with the program yesterday. trainer was very fun. The important is not sleepy. Since trainers already early for sweets. After that, anyone can answer the question he could prize.
Here I update what is “START”

START Update
In June, HSE APME announced the launch of the Safety Training and Response Technique (START) program throughout the region. A behavioral-based safety program, START employs a combination of processes, tools and metrics to enable employees to manage behavioral safety at the workplace.

START is a globally adopted program under the Destination Zero campaign, and replaces the current regional STOPSTART program. This replacement is part of the HSE global alignment across all FMC Technologies sites.
Have you started on START?

Employees previously trained in STOPSTART will not be required to undergo training in START as the processes and checklist used remain the same. The observation process and interaction methodology also remain unchanged.
START represents our company-wide commitment toward global safety policies, systems and programs. START is not a new program, and its core principles remain – to Prevent, Report and Intervene, so we can reach and maintain zero safety incidents. By implementing START and other systems and procedures effectively, our people can return home safely to their families every day.
